INSTRUCTIONS FOR BRUXISM MOUTHGUARDS

In order for your mouthguard to work properly, the VSmile dentists suggest the following:

  • Before putting the mouthguard in your mouth, brush your teeth
  • When you remove your mouthguard, clean it with a toothbrush and toothpaste and keep it in water inside your storage case
  • Two or three times a week, add a cleaning tablet to the water. The tablet can be found at a pharmacy and are the same as those for cleaning false teeth
  • Don't chew whilst wearing the mouthguard
