POSSIBLE IRRATATIONS FROM THE BRUXISM MOUTHGUARD
The bruxism mouthguard may cause some minor irratations during the first 24hours of it's placement. They patient can expect the following:
- increased saliva
- pressure or numbness in some teeth, especially when the mouthguard is removed
- abnormal closing of the teeth in the morning (for a few seconds), when the mouthguard is removed
- possible biting of the cheeks
