For people who wear sport mouthguards

V. Stamataki Dentist is a member of the Sport Dentistry Hellas association and as such has the folloiwng recommendations for the wearers of sport mouthguards:

Clean the mouthguard before and after each use, using a toothbrush and preferably green soap
Keep the mouthguard in the special box you were given with the guard for transportation, and keep it away from high temperatures
Don't chew on the guard whilst it is in you mouth
Remove any removable devices (e.g. braces) before wearing the brace, unless the rbace has been specifically designed
Visit the dentist before the commencement of each training period to check the condition of the mouthguard.
If you see signs of wear contact the dentist immediately.
